Doing the right thing
We try our best to do what’s right. That means focusing on our customers rather than our bottom line, treating each other with respect, looking after the environment and dealing fairly with our suppliers. We’re a silver member of the Easel Initiative and an accredited Living Wage Foundation employer.
We’re part of a great community in a beautiful part of London and we try to be good neighbours. We put on cultural and social events in our Grade 2-listed space and we champion the work of local artists.
We keep our impact on the environment as low as possible, but we’re always on the lookout for ways to make our impact even lower. Here’s what we’re doing at the moment.
All the wood we use for our hand-finished frames comes from mills with FSC certification.
We reduce waste wherever we can. We use cutting-edge optimisation software to keep waste to a minimum.
We donate all our off-cuts of mount card to a local primary school.
We donate our customers’ unwanted frames to charity.
We wrap finished frames in biodegradable bubblewrap and recycled paper.
